Terms & Conditions for Cookie Orders

Order Confirmation: All orders must be confirmed via our order request
form. A detailed review will occur within 24 hours of submission.

Deposits: All deposits (50% of the total invoice) are non-refundable.
This secures your order and covers preparation costs.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the
delivery date. Orders will not be processed until full payment is
received.

Cancellations: If you cancel your order more than 14 days before the
scheduled delivery date and have paid your balance in full, you may
receive a refund of the remaining balance (excluding the non-refundable
deposit).No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within two
weeks of the delivery date.

Delivery/Pickup: Delivery/Pickup dates are based on availability. We
will communicate any changes as soon as possible. What happened? You
didn’t pick up your order. Maybe you had a baby or a car accident or a
flat tire. Life happens! Don’t worry though. We’ll keep your cookies
safe and fresh up to 1 week. After 1 week, we’re just going to eat them!

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Customers are responsible for
informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take
precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Storage Instructions: Customers will receive storage and care
instructions with their order to ensure the best quality. All cookies
are best enjoyed within 1 week but can be frozen up to 3 months in their
original packaging.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: We recommend that customers inform
us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to placing an order.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from our products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect,
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the
situation and, if verified, offer a replacement or refund for the
affected items. All products must be sent back if a refund is processed.

Final Decisions: All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case
basis. While our goal is to keep happy customers, our decision will be
final.
